Came in the other day to look for a new router. Chase was very helpful. He explained everything very well and helped me understand. He did a great job teaching me about all the new smart stuff. He also helped me get a new computer and was very knowledgeable all over the store. I will definitely be back to this Best Buy. If you want great service ask for Chase.

Our visit here was fun. We stopped by on a holiday evening.Because the store had recently changed their hours to accommodate late holiday shoppers, not all of the lights in the store were on. The employees gave us a clear explanation of the lighting issue, then made jokes with us about the recent eclipse, and buying fewer items because you couldn't see all they had to offer. What would have been frustrating, turned out to be enjoyable because of the employees. We will return for future shopping.

Larger Best Buy store. Good selection for the usual BB handled items... some high end products but most products are middle to lower end. Makes for lots of foot traffic, but hard to find anything you REALLY want.

Great service just hate those "Best Buy prices"other than that great just look around you'll find it cheaper but if u need help they are very knowledgeable

Very nice and helpful team members. They offered help and then let me shop on my own. They did not pressure me to buy or harass me with knowledge about certain products.
