They didn't have a case for my LG phone and I was a little disappointed because I was told they would have one but they couldn't possibly carry everything. Overall the great store. Oh and the help at Best Buy is wonderful. I had three men within 15 minutes walking around looking for different items and they all had smiles.

Well not too long ago, I went to return a tv my bf bought when we didn’t have the money really to afford it, they won’t do cash back even if you paid in cash, so that upset me very much. Instead of helping me carry my tv I was stuck with because I was not about to take store credit for it, they all watched me struggle to my car. I hate this Best Buy now, after being a loyal customer there for many years I will never go back to this location. I do not like the manager. He was the rudest of all. I do not like their stupid policy, it should be changed. I’ve never written a bad review in my life, this is how strongly upset with how this place treated me. I want them to know so they can get a whole new crew who will treat people respectfully.

Overall this Best Buy had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. Did not inform me that as a student I did not have to purchase office 365. Ripped me off for $70. Played blame game referring me to Microsoft for my refund. Microsoft can't refund me bc I purchased office through Best Buy. Then told me it is not the associates responsibility to inform me of discounts...so where's the customer service? Isn't customer service to help the customer and make things as easy as possible?

Carson City Best Buy has very friendly and helpful associates. Plus they saved me an extra $60 on a price match that I didn't even know about. Well done again!
