Brian in the computer section was so negative and rude I had to walk out. I didn't ask for help or ask for advice I just wanted to buy what I wanted to buy. And he sat there telling me I was making a mistake and I needed to spend 1000$ and up or else I'd regret it.   I need to write a few emails and txt documents while on the go. Pretty sure a 400$ or 500$ laptop would work just fine for that.   I couldn't even stand there long enough to purchase the one I picked. He just kept going at it.   Thank goodness for other computer places.

Christina in the camera department was the best. She had great input and showed real interest in all of my questions varying from what type of camera equipment I might need to lighting and sound options for varying projects. I highly recommend you request her .

Bought a new phone, Best Buy did the upgrade. They transferred my SD card from old phone to new phone without properly ejecting from the old phone and I questioned the phone rep. She said it would be fine. It's NOT fine. Just lost all the information on the SD card and have to buy a replacement because the SD and completely damaged from improper ejection. Thanks.........

I can say that I always have and always will make 'ALL' my major electronics purchases at BEST BUY....  Recently I went there and invested about $1600. in order to experience a first,.... twice!!   I am a "DIE HARD" Philadelphia Eagles football fan, and this was our year.!!!!!!! 2018 SUPER BOWL LII WINNERS!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE FIRST RINGS,.... of many to come. And I got to watch it all unfold for New England on my brand new 60"LG 4K UHD SMART TV.   I had to invest in hearing it all like I was on the field. I spent nearly the same $ on the surround sound (theatre) system.  Polk Audio speakers, and subwoofer.... Linked by WiFi and Bluetooth technology the receiver possessed,  made such an easy-going situation of what I normally find very frustrating.  I was in the store a total of about 40 minutes. I was guided in the right direction rather than pushed, by a very knowledgeable associate.  I was helped to securely and safely load and transport my purchases. They even thanked me for shopping there, to which I replied...no..thank you.
