Best Buy carries electronics that you sometimes won't find in other stores. They get a 3 because they're a bit more expensive than other stores. I can find the same things online for much cheaper. Their open box deals are good.

Employees were not helpful at all. I asked a woman about the open box laptops they had on sale (to get more specifics on it) and she actually told me "Well... (stammering and starting at label on computer And the box which had no info on it) I can tell you that one is a laptop.... And it's cute". Seriously?! Then I asked about small printers and the guy working that area only showed me printers for the company he was there representing. If I only wanted one brand, I'd check that companies website... not come to a store with lots of supposed selection. Customer service here sucked!! Thoroughly disappointed in this place! And everything I was looking for was not in stock

We arrived early and saw an employee immediately. She helped with the problem I had with my computer in a short period of time.  Before leaving, I purchased another keyboard that was recommended. The person at the register was also helpful in finding rewards that lowered the price.

Had a great experience!    Purchased a remote car starter in Deptford Store the week before Christmas & was so surprised when they fit me in the next morning.   Ken in installation was great.  He helped me pick out best remote starter for my needs & budget.   I tried to tip him for all of his help & also bc he came in early to fit me in but he wouldn't take it.    Best Buy is lucky to have someone like him working for them & they should give him a HUGE New Year's Bonus!!  Plus i have 3 more people coming in for remote start installations bc of my awesome 5 star experience!!!

We had a new radio replaced in our SUV by the onsight Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.  The technician even set up our phone, preset radio stations, gave us a brief tutorial and saved us money with a Best Buy member card.  All under two hours.
