Has some good deals every once in a while. The staff is knowledgeable but some of them are pure salesman and will try to up sell you on things you do not need. Do you homework ahead of time and you will be fine. Recommend only once you have done your homework and know what you want. Go for the deals only.

Awful, awful, awful experience! !!! No wonder their closing! !! I ask the Manager about a Matress that i saw the day before and he said that he was going to send an associate to help me, he send the worse customer associated ever!! I ask him about the matress and he said that the price is final and explain to him that i only need the matress and not the box's spring that there's a price on the matress by it self, and he said that the store is closing that that's the price that he do not care and I ask him about the attitude and he said that he did not care that he was going to lose he's job anyway!!! I try to reach the manager and he keep going with the attitude at the end I left with a rely bad experience! !!! Horrible

The store and staff were fine. Their computer took forever to process the sale. Other than that they would get a five star rating.

terrible customer service, multiple defective appliances out of the box. gave us a really difficult time for a replacement.
