I can't thank the Geek Squad staff enough for their assistance with my laptop repair. These guys are true pros. I dealt with three different agents and they were consistently on task. The communication was flawless. My repair was fast and was performed exactly as I asked. Service like this is why Best Buy will always have a successful business in spite of the growth of online shopping. You can't substitute this level of service with an online only store.

This place has always been a great best buy. Great staff. Great management. Mike is the manager here and he has been there for a while. Great guy treats his staff and his clients very well. Worked here for a while as well and working for Mike was awesome. I definitely recommend this best buy. They always seem to be stocked well and they are always friendly! You should check them out!

The guys back in the camera department are beyond helpful. As a beginner I went and bought my camera from Mike’s right across the street, any questions I had, they told me they had a class I could take instead of answering my question. Although Best Buy doesn’t have as big of a variety of gear- the guys there are happy to discuss all the options out there and point me in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable and know all the right questions to ask me to get me the right product. They even go as far as to recommend products they don’t carry. It shows they actually care about customer service and not just taking your money. 🙌🏻

Been a long time Best Buy customer and even an Elite Plus Member. I bought a protection plan for my computer a couple years ago and they wanted $200 just to reinstall the operating system. They said I needed technical insurance which wasn’t even an option given to me.  What was the protection plan for then? The Geek Squad have no clue and are not very experienced with computers. I do not recommend buying a computer here nor do I recommend the protection plan.

Went to go buy the most expensive TV I have ever purchased. The Sales Associate was so knowledgeable and honest I ended up with a better TV for less money than the one I originally wanted. I got it home and he was spot on. The only problem is that now I haven't left my couch in 2 days! Thank you Best Buy for not trying to make an extra dollar at the expense of the consumer. You Rock
