When I can find people in the store they are usually very helpful. Unfortuantly returning things usually takes a lot of time if more than one person is ahead of you, and they only have one person returning items even if there is a line of 7 people and usually another worker will always stand next to the other worker and do nothing but talk to them while people are waiting to return things.

Being a tech lover , I can spend hours in any best buy store learning about new products from smart bulbs , headphones to new PlayStation games. My favorite section is magnolia. Love the experience

We went in to best buy to buy a range, dishwasher, and microwave. We were helped by Jonathon and he was nothing but great. He helped us get the best price on the units and even had his manager come and see if he could find any extra savings. I would highly recommend using this store and i would also recommend being helped by Jonathan.

Large selection of electronics usually friendly people there. I would suggest going during the day weekday. Going there on Saturday's degrades some of the service quality
