They have the worst customer service a business this size can provide. Their customer service number hangs up on you when you call if they are having "high call volume." When you do finally get on the line, the customer service function is operated by the most monotone-anonymous sounding voice in the world. It is obvious to me that this company have invest the very bare minimum into customer service and their desire to help their customers. 
I will never buy anything from HHgregg again.

DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM HHGREGG ONLINE THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I ORDERED SOMETHING 30 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED I CALLED AND THEY SAID THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK BUT DIDNT TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS BUYING IT NOW THEY WONT LET ME CANCEL

I have never experienced such an absolute lack of competence. The salesman had no ability to demo even the simplest functions of the TV and seemed singularly disinterested in providing advice. He ambled off at one point, and I fled to the exit. Avoid.

Went there and the store looked clean and the customer was great and seemed very professional. Not sure what the people are talking below.
