I highly recommend Leo for car installation needs!

A few years ago, I came to this Best Buy specifically to have a Viper alarm installed into my car because I heard the technicians here are really good. A technician installed it and he was great. He told me to keep the receipt and if I ever had any issues, I can just bring it back.

A few weeks later, I wanted them to make an adjustment to the Viper alarm setting. The original technician wasn't there but Leo helped out. He programmed the alarm to exactly what I wanted.

3 years later, I sold my car and needed to again adjust the settings to the Viper alarm before I gave it to the new owner. Leo was there again. As he was working on my car, he remembered working on my car 3 years ago! He was able to again adjust the settings. It took no more than 10 mins. I showed my receipt and I was on my way. I highly recommend Leo. He's a great guy and really knows what he is doing.

Set up of this Best Buy is a little dark and always looks overstocked unlike College Park and Rockville. Customer service is good and you can generally find games/movies/electronics without a problem. The more high-end merchandise is usually not available at this store though.

Pretty good customer service. Very attentive and helpful staff once you get someone.

Terrible customer service! I went there in the middle of the day walked around the store and not once did a employee greet me or ask if I needed help. Then when I finally got what I needed and got to the checkout nobody was at the registers. One employee was near put items in the display case and didn't even look up when I approached. Finally after standing there and looking around a employee at the customer service desk said she could check me out but I had to wait for her to finish with a customer she was already serving. Finally after getting checked out as she was walking off from the away from the register she decided to ask me if I wanted a bag for my items because I was still standing there. I will never spend my money here again.

It was splendid! I especially have to thank the crew at mobile for helping me out! Especially that one boy, Eric. Would recommend!
