Cheated me out of $50 to remove a simple panel and tell me they can't work on my particular electronic module!  I will never give this place business again... I'll drive to Roanoke or Richmond before I'll give electronic specialists my business again.  Thanks for nothing.  Also no sense of urgency when dealing with multiple customers.

I had amplifiers and speakers installed here years ago. I found the employees to be professional and knowledgeable. They are expensive, but the do sell the very best automobile stereo components.

Came here to buy a new cd player for my car and have it installed. quoted me at 129 for the cd player and 40 for installation, said it would take about 30 minutes. had an old cd player that had a cd stuck in it, they asked me if i'd like it removed - they didn't tell me they were going to charge me an additional $10. then came out... about and hour after i'd been waiting to tell me that they were reconnecting a wire that was disconnected.... that they didn't tell me they were going to charge me $15 for that... which I later found out it had been disconnected by a previous owner because the speaker was blown... which you would think an electronics store would be able to figure out... also my previous cd player had come out of my dash, and the guy here informed me that it was because i was missing two screws in the bottom of my dash... that i found out he didn't replace when the center of my dash fell out again.... needless to say i was NOT at all happy with the low quality service and large bill at the end of a 2 hour wait.
