Good customer service. On busy days (Friday and Saturday) you might have to wait maybe 2 or 3 minutes for help. Overall good service and knowledgeable assistance.

This is my electronic store I go to for just about everything. the staff is I always willing to help you and make sure you walk away happy with your product. The store is clean and well organized.

With the technology age and most people buying things online like Amazon, you would think stores would concentrate on customer service and ensuring they provide the right product when you ask for help. My mother in law went and needed an extra charger for her new mac book pro. Those suckers are not cheap nor are they a one size fits all models. The sales people providing "help" informed her that the charger they had given her would fit her model as it fits all of them. Lo and behold she gets home and it does not fit. Come on Best Buy. I mean you are the geek squad or is it wrong squad....

I wouldn't  come to best buy in Harrisonburg va  I asked and the workers said it will be 2 hour's  for somebody to help me. All the workers  are standing  and looking at  the customers  and not asking  if you nedd help  with anything.
