The worst bathroom. I have ever been in. Poop on the floor and clogging toilets. Black mildew and mold on the walls near the sink. Broken toilet paper dispenser in the stall. Janky leaking air freshener in the corner. When I spoke to the manager about the state of the bathroom he looked at me like a dear in headlights and never apologized for the condition of the facilities in his store. Truly disappointed.

I went to print something off that should've taken 10 minutes. After the copier failed, I asked for help and they said someone would be with me - never happened. The copier timed out again. Spoke with someone else who said they'd be with me in a minute and never did...even though I was there for an hour! Teach your employees about customer service or get new employees. Expect the trip to take 5x longer than anywhere else.

I went to the copy and print center to make some posters and was kindly greeted by Eleanor at the counter. She designed a few options for my needs and was very helpful. I will come back for all my poster and printing  needs.

Had an extremely important portfolio due, and went to staples. They didn't print one of my papers.... just finishing now. Because we had to go print that missing page... goodie

I just went in to this Staples location to buy shipping labels. I forgot my credit card, but I have all of my numbers memorized. I asked if I could simply tell the associate my number, expiration, 4-digit security code, billing zip, etc. The associate had to call the manager for permission to accept this payment method (the same payment method for any phone order). Turns out it's against store policy. I was turned away. Guess what I'm doing now? Buying labels on Amazon for 57% of the cost relative to the Staples' price. Plus, it will be delivered to my doorstep and I don't have to deal with this arcane store policy. I've shopped at this Williston Staples for years. Might have been my last time, especially now that I have a price comparison. A good rule in business: never turn away a paying customer. Also, discretion is good; why would I want to use stolen credit card info to buy shipping labels?
