If you have an electronic problem The Geek Squad is who you need to see. We purchased a plan for 2 years now unbelievable savings on repairs , Not to mention they get the job done in a timely manner. Sales all the time. Plus their affordable prices. Every employee I have ever spoken to. Has been helpful even go out of their way. The store is always well stocked and Clean. I would not think of shopping any other electronic store. They are also online just as helpful. I reccomend Best Buy Highly.

I was amazed at how well staffed this Best Buy was for the Thanksgiving Sales. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and willing to help us with our questions. I have honestly never been to a Best Buy that has been this accommodating. Of I could give more stars I would!!! There were even staff members who had long red balloons tied to them that you could see from anywhere in the store that you could go to for help if you weren't sure where to find someone. That wasn't an issue though because there was a Best Buy employee around every corner. The store was beautifully stocked and organized and the checkout lines ran very quickly which surprised me considering how many people were in line. When we had to go to the loading dock to get our tv the staff there was incredible, professional and fast as well. It has been the best shopping experience my husband and I have ever had!

A year ago I rated this 5 stars and today I take that back. Geek squad said they would take a look at my computer and I was first in line. 8 others were helped and the guy came back and said he can't do anything without even looking at the computer. Never coming to Geek squad

Did you know that they price match?  It's amazing!  If you need the latest and greatest in tech/movies/games, check this place out!  This is a fantastic store for anything tech, and they even have great deals on kitchen appliances.  Every time I shop here, I have a positive experience with both the friendly and helpful staff, as well as with the products available.  Thank you Best Buy for delivering a great quality shopping experience!
