We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

I bought a massage chair November 30 2017 and had it arranged for delivery Christmas eve for my wife Christmas gift. The failed to call e to setup time for delivery which suppose to been the 23 so I called them. All to find out that they weren't going to be able to have for delivery. And was going to have it until a week or later. Offered me 10% off a beat up damn on there display. They had plenty of time to inform me and I could have had time to find my wife another chair!! Ruined my Christmas!!!

Our refrigerator stopped working and we where in a desperate moment, decided to go to Conns. They could not deliver for 3 days and we needed it right away. My husband drove all the way to Charlotte to pick up a new refrigerator. The next few days we found a better price and called to return it. My husband had to pay $200 to return it. Mind you he is the one who drove from Spartanburg SC to Charlotte NC to pick it up. They call and schedule a pick up date and time. Just so happens it was my mother's birthday. Pick up was suppose to be between 1pm and 4pm. I planned on going to see my mother after they picked it up. 5pm rolls around, I call to see how long before they will be here. She says they are on the way to you. 8pm comes and I call again she says someone will be calling you soon. I don't know why they are going out of order. They will be there soon. They never showed up and I missed my mom's birthday. Very inconsiderate. I'm assuming I'll be sitting here all day tomorrow too, waiting on them to show up. Update: it is now Friday they still have not picked up this refridgerator. Yesterday a woman i talked to said a manger will be calling you in about 20 minutes to set up a pickup time for this afternoon. Come to find out the delivery dept isnt even open on Thursday. My husband paid a $200 restocking fee and I'm still sitting here with now 2 refridgerators. Ive missed 3 days of work because NOBODY (managers of the store or warehouse) could tell me when they would be picking it up. Now they r telling me it won't be til tomorrow that they will come. How do you run a business like this? 5 times I was told a manager would be calling me and not once did anybody call. Ridiculous!

I got a bedroom suite from Conns and everything went great so I decided about a year later I would go back and get a new mattress. The mattress I purchased was $3,599 along with the adjustable base that was a little over $1,500. I had the sleep guarantee on the mattress that I purchased and I did not like it so I wanted to get a new one. I was told that I HAD to get a mattress that was at equal or greater value to $3,599. Well that was the most expensive mattress in the store and they did not have any other mattresses for that price so I was going to get a mattress that was cheaper and they told me that they would not give me back the difference. After spending well over $8,000 with them on the bedroom suite and mattress, they still would not do anything to help me out or to give me a refund for the remaining money. I have called over 20 times, (not exaggerating) to try and talk with someone who could help me and they still would not do anything about it. If they would have had another mattress in the store for that same price then it would have not been a problem but the fact that they couldn't offer another mattress to me was on their part and I felt that they should have refunded the remaining money. Also their customer service is terrible and they will not call you back. I have called the corporate office and they will not return my call. They get the name honest, Conns, because they sure do "conn" people out of money. I will NEVER do business with them again!

Went to CONN'S got an 800 bed well head and foot board, then a washer 536 and a dryer 536 536 paid 370 down and 243 a month for 12 months then was informed I still owe 1700 needless to say I paid it off so you can make the choice yourself I paid 6k for washer/ dryer and head/foot board plus a cheast of drawers / with mirrors NEVER AGAIN

The sales associates weren't in our face every 5 minutes and they didn't push any item we were not interested in. The washing machine we bought was actually $97.00 less than Lowe's, and the refrigerator was the same price as Home Depot. Please do your homework and compare prices with other stores, because Conn's can be higher on some items. Does Conn's price match? I'm not sure, because we never ask and it wasn't an issue with what we purchased. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND YOUR CONTRACT PEOPLE! If you get a 0% offer for like 12 months, then don't be late with one single payment, and PAY IT OFF in the 12 month promotional period. The Delivery guys were awesome. They were very professional/courteous and removed our old appliances then installed the new ones without any problems. (Ask about "free" delivery, because it's not on every item in store). At this point in our relationship with Conn's HomePlus, we would use them again and recommend them to anyone. NOTE: If you receive a (0% interest for 12 months) offer, Conn's will give you a "minimum" payment each month. The minimum payment each month will NOT pay off the purchase before the 12 month 0% interest offer is up. Get with your Conn's associate and calculate the payments needed to avoid interest after the 0% promotional offer expires. Happy shopping🙂
