U are better off going to to goodwill the warranty is even better these prissy little store managers are liars and.

Excellent service from salesman Jake and the store manager.  They were refreshingly upfront with us after we had disappointing visits to other appliance stores in the area.  Also our situation is unique with being in the middle of closing on our house and they were extremely accommodating and understanding in working with our situation. We absolutely plan to buy more furniture and appliances here!

Great customer service. Unbeatable prices. After a little mixup(I wasn't even upset) with my order the manager called me and went above and beyond to make it right. The delivery crew was courteous and fast. I will definitely be back to HHGREGG.

I absolutely hate this place!!! They are very friendly and nice just while they get your business once you buy from them but if your products go bad they will not care. My LG fridge has been broken since October 30, 16 it is now January 16 2017 and no one has came out to fix it. It has been lies after lies. They always have an excuse. I paid 2500 plus 300 insurance and I have not received the service they promised they would provide at the beginning while they got my business. This store is just not worth it. I have two little boys that need a working fridge and they have never cared.
