Great experience. They price matched a TV for me and their customer service was terrific. This is my second time purchasing a TV from this particular store and I have always found their staff friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Brad (the manager I think) who was very helpful and provided an outstanding experience!

Best Buy is like an electronic comfort zone for me. I browse when I need to see and touch an item, even if I end up getting it online. Good news is Best Buy's pricing is competitive enough to make my visit even more worthwhile.

My mom lives in a different state and ordered me a fitbit online to have me go pick it up in the store for my birthday. I wanted it in black. Online it showed black was in stock, but when I went to pick it up someone pulled the wrong color. They could not find the black fitbit and said someone must have stolen it. The problem that I have with this, is that someone should have called to say they dont have the black on hand or sent an email that the order could not be fulfilled. The lady behind the counter said the only thing she could do was cancel the orginial order and  have me repurchase the order to have it shipped to my house. I went in expecting to pick up my gift, but instead  I would have ended up buying it myself because they dropped the ball. The issue was not the dollar amount, the issue was I felt they lacked good customer service when the error was on their end. They did nothing to try to make sure I left a happy customer or find a better way to resolve the issue, accept expecting me to pay for their mistake. I work in the service industry myself, and it is really upsetting when I see laziness and no accountability. I will be buying my own fitbit now, but it won't be from this store.
