Great service and friendly staff.  Enrique Garcia (Computer Dept) was exceptionally helpful and helped us understand the benefits of getting Total Tech Support when we bought a Lenovo laptop.  Enrique made the entire experience wonderful.

Good location. Never had a problem with any of the employees. Everything I need is always in stock. Eleesa, who works in the phone department is very knowledgeable with all the phones and payment options. Ask for her!

I love going into Best Buy and I enjoy looking around and their setup. But I guess I never realized this that there are appliances in there as well. Best Buys are always clean and great setup. Sometimes, there are too many cooks in the kitchen that they don't see their customers.

Compared to another store I had just walked in where I was only in there a minute and 2 people asked if I was OK, 4 staff members passed me without asking if I needed anything. 

Otherwise, when they do serve you to close a sale, they are good and are friendly. This is a good store in Rockwall.

Okay, so I hate to complain, but I went in for an HDMI cable today aaannndd
The guy who helped me find it was helpful. Awesome guy. He wanted to make sure I got what I needed. 
Where it went south was with the cashier. We went to the "line" and I say "line" because we were the only people waiting. Not cuz he was busy with a customer, but because I guess he was busy flirting and getting a phone number. Okay, fine. I mean I hope my boy gets some and all.
BUT 
Where he just drove me bonkers was when I was following the prompts on the chip reader. 
I put my chip in too early and he said "read that out loud to me" 
It said "wait for cashier to insert chip"

Look man, I know you're pumped and cocky cuz you're gonna get laid, but there's no reason to be a rude A-hole to me like that. 
I'd name drop him but the receipt didn't have his name on it. 
Good luck w your date though.

First time I've been to a best buy that I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I came for. The security/greeter asked where the item was and sent me down the path. The next Gentleman found me coming around the bend and brought me to the cords. Next I knew I was working with a friendly cashier that noticed I was in the computer twice and she merged the accounts. 
My experience couldn't have been better. Thanks
