Best buy at this location has no sales skills whatsoever, they really don't care if you buy or not, minimum effort is the constant there, they juts hang around there with the others employees. 
Basically told me the Deal and product i found in the store website is just to bring people to the store, because normally they don't have the deals there but i can buy the regular price. ( witch i will do with a good sales person and custom service). i know is possible because i work in Hard and expensive sales and learn how to really attend a customer. Best buy store people just don't care and has no skills what so ever to sell. so sad i will from now look first others alternatives or stores before use best buy, and cancel my account. i know best but is going to be out of market with this kind of service. So be careful and think more than Two times before chose Best Buy or good luck!

Love this Best Buy!! Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable. Someone is always there to help you and answer your questions. Geek Squad knows what they are doing and can usually help right on site but if not, it is a pretty quick turnaround. I prefer this Best Buy over any other Best Buy in the DFW area! I feel like family here and I love that feeling!!!

WOW! The Flower Mound Best Buy has got to be the best overall staff in town. Every employee seemed happy to be there, happy to help and the employees that helped me with a couple Apple iPad item's, they made my initial purchase, as well as my return for exchange experience easy and quick. They even cared enough to strike up normal common conversation. WOW!
I highly recommend this Best Buy.
They also stock electric shavers! WOW!

I just moved her a few months ago and needed a reasonable price TV., nothing too fancy. Found a 48 inch on bestbuy website and it was available at the flower mound location. Unfortunately when I picked it and brought it home it had a severely damaged screen. I immediately called store and spoke to a rep that advised me to bring it back in for an exchange. Needless to say the conversation I had with the sales rep didn’t start off really “customers service friendly” but I will say that when I got to store and spoke to the manager Dave about my experience he was very apologetic and was able to change my experiences  with this store to a much better one in the end. Thank you very much Dave. Appreciate your kind service!!!

Not happy with their price match policy... they would not credit me money back on a purchase I made after they lowered THEIR OWN price (not a competitor price) because I was just a few days out of their 14 day limit. A 30 day limit would be much improved. I continue to prefer Amazon for most things due to their more consumer-friendly policies.

Update 2017-10-30: Returned an iPhone 8 Plus and they charged me a restocking fee. Apple Stores don't charge this and they would not match.
