You can’t browse for two seconds in this store without workers constantly asking you “if you need help” until it’s borderline predatory. In fact I was asked 8 seconds apart by two workers who were within 10 ft of each other! I understand if I was older and looked “lost” but this is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the cashier that seemed upset with me because I don’t have a Best Buy card? Seriously?

Samsung had a non best buy employee that sold me. Actual Best Buy employees were NOT, including geek squad, as knowledgeable or helpful as they advertise.

Sales person Fabian was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding cameras and telescopic lenses. He knew his products and photography in general extremely well.

I am TICKED off! Best Buy Geek Squad has provided me with sub par customer service to which not one representative was able to solve my problem. I should have expected a terrible experience as the representative assigned to my case was unkempt and disinterested in my concerns, she had little to no valuable knowledge to offer to either me or my husband. In addition to this nightmare, not one person I spoke to was able to advise as of to which part I would need in order to resolve my matter. They were clueless and undeserving of the Geek Squad badge that they wore. -The Nitty Gritty

Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered 3 appliances and the first to be delivered was the dishwasher. It was delivered in a mangled box and had a huge dent in the front. So it went back - then was delivered 5 days later. The delivery team dropped it in the kitchen and did not install as the order said not to. Another day lost. Wait 4 more days for them to install. They remove the old one and install the new, it does not work. Order canceled. No followup from BestBuy at all. Never again.
