Jeff was a great help.  Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.  He was able to set me up with refrigerator and a dryer that meet my needs.  He covered every step of the process very throughly.  The prices were even better than what I could find online. Shopping local has its advantages!

Jonathan Cooper was extremeing helpful and easy to work with! I told him what I was looking for (box spring and good bed frame) and he found me exactly what I wanted.  He went out of his way to show me the best products within my budget! I am extremely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. He even set up the delivery, I didn't have to do a thing. Thank you!

Marj and Lucas were SUPER and extremely HELPFUL.  Always a pleasure to shop here.  Both went out of their way to explain everything thoroughly.  We always ask for Mark when in store as we have dealt with him before.  Other stores carry same merchandise but P C Richard is BEST.

The sales associates here are so polite, professional and knowledgeable!! The young man (Scott/Sean) - I apologize - who helped me with my purchase was great!! I would ask for him again when I need to make another major purchase!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!

I went to P.C. Richards on RT 18 in East Brunswick to pick up all new appliances for a new home I purchased.  The salesman (Jeff) who helped me went above and beyond. He showed me every appliance I was interested in and described all the features for me. He spent over 2 hours with me and in the end I was able to walk out with everything I needed for my new kitchen and laundry room. When we had to work out the numbers Jeff and his manager James went out of their way to make sure we stayed within our budget and helped us out with all the warranties and delivery dates to accommodate the renovation. 

They were running an employee pricing at the time so the prices worked out and we found all the appliances we needed. Don't hesitate to stop by and ask for either gentleman they will make your experience very comfortable and will make sure you leave the store 100% happy with your purchase. 

(FYI, I have been a P.C. Richards customer for over 35 years and have shopped in over half a dozen stores in NY and NJ and they always beat everyone's price, are very knowledgeable of their products and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by standing by their products they sell and warranties they offer because they are not looking for a one time sale but a relationship for the long run.)
