Went in to PC Richards at the Somerville Circle to check out this new Ring Doorbell everybody is talking about....Jesse greeted me as I walked in and was more than helpful at explaining all of the features in all of their Ring products. I ended up getting the doorbell, two spotlight cameras and one flood light camera. This is the coolest stuff ever, and was a very simple self install!  I highly recommend a ring security system and to ask for Jesse.

As new home owners, my husband and I recently needed to purchase all major appliances. We were looking for a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer/drier. Brian (Raritan, NJ Location) was beyond helpful in making this a painless experience.

He was knowledgeable, professional and did not rush us. He was able to provide information on brands, warranties, and what would work best for our needs. He took into consideration may different aspects of our new home renovation that we would not have thought of without his professional insight. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful Brian is! If you know exactly what you are looking for, he'd be able to help you out... But if you are like us, needing a little more time and a lot more explaining, please visit him! Thank you Brian for helping us turn our first house into a home, we will certainly be visiting you soon for our next purchases!

Excellent service!!! I went into the store not really knowing what my best options were for a new washer and dryer but the sales guy Robert was so helpful in making my decision, not to mention his great sense of humor made me feel so comfortable. Most sales people are all about making the sale but with Robert you can tell it was truly about helping me out and really trying to find out what would work best for me. I would recommend him to anyone, his great service and smile goes a long way!

Everyone was super helpful, they were on top of just trying to help not only me, but from what I saw, everyone else too. They worked together to help everyone quickly. Every time I happen to come here, they usually have what I need to. Bob (the guy who helped me today) was also amazing. Waited to find my product to finalize my purchase, and made sure I was confident in my purchase to. Great service all around!

The service I received was exceptional from start through delivery. I didn’t know what I wanted but E walked me through the pros and cons of my choices as he was very knowledgeable about the products. Other stores had similar pricing but the service provided is how P.C. Richards distinguishes itself. Once I ordered the product, I was kept informed about the status and delivery of my purchase. What was even more special is that he serviced a family member who was visiting from out of town and their purchase and pick up at the local store went smoothly as well. This is the type of service I have come to expect and appreciate and why I continually return for all appliance and electronic purchases.
