I went for a service to my laptop.  Never was ready when they said,  manager said one thing and the technician other 1 week later back to fl with my laptop broken. 
Shame cause is a big store...if is close now is good .

Sadly, this location has closed. Before it closed, it was a typical Best Buy. Good for what it was...but also suffered from empty shelves..

The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. However, we bought a washing machine and dishwasher there. They use 3rd delivery companies that are very incompetent. One is Spirit Delivery NJ, which has extremely low ratings. Luckily, they only broke a basket under our washer. There insurance never took care of the issue. I couldn't imagine dealing with them, if there were a real costly damage! Save yourself time and ask for the delivery company to ensure a trouble-free purchase!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I went in to return two different products bought in BB from Paramus, NJ. The sales rep at Paramus had scanned one of the products twice therefore the second item was not on the receipt. RG had first accused me of trying to return something that wasn't bought at a BB. When explained that the BB in Paramus price matched the two items differently and was purchased ONE day ago, it must have been purchased from there. Moments later "Dave" the manager shows up and tells me nothing can be done and that I have to go back to the original store to return. Best Buy is a CORPORATE OWNED STORE. All of their inventory systems are linked. When I told Dave that I had previously worked at a Best Buy and that I know a return can be made simply by looking up Paramus inventory or giving them a call, he told me he's not going to call and he's not going to return at all. I returned one of the items but little did RG know that she processed the return for the more expensive item which basically gave me a further discount. When I returned to Paramus to return the second item which was not listed on the receipt, Paramus had told me that North Brunswick couldve simply looked up their inventory or gave them a call, simply out of sheer laziness and incompetence did "Dave" lose my and my family's business from here for good. It is unskilled and lazy employees such as these that give BB a bad name. Hopefully management will speak to them about their laziness and this won't happen to anyone else ever again.

HAHA NOW THEY ARE CLOSED! WHAT A JOKE. HONESTLY DIDNT SEE THIS PLACE STANDING TOO LONG. DYING FROM LAUGHTER :)))))))))) CANT WAIT TO SEE WHERE YOURE EMPLOYED NEXT DAVE AND RG!!!

They are not great with followups, I purchased something and it has a free gift that I couldn't pick up on the date mentioned in the order even though I called them and let them no that I will not be able to pick up. The person on the phone said it is not a problem and I can just drop by in person and they will give it to me. The customer service person denied and said they can't and that the store manager will call me back, that call never came,  so basically they don't care about the customers.
