Good sales throughout the year. Smaller items like cables and stuff are on the expensive side. Staff is friendly, however once in a while you may run into that one person who can be a less helpful and attentive that you expect them to be. Hassle-free 14 days return policy. If you need, make use of their geek squad through deals. They're worth and helpful.

I always have a great experience dealing with the Best Buy electronics stores. I've purchased computers, desktop and laptop/tablet convertibles to cell phones and apple watches and cds and batteries. Always a great product, friendly, knowledgeable staff and confidence in purchase. I once bought a monitor. It went on sale two days after purchase and they credited me back for the sale price with no issues at all. Great stores, I highly recommend.

Staff are helpful anytime I go there. Lines aren't too bad. Stick on items can be plentiful or none depending on what you go for. Open box items are on the pricey side. Parking gets filled up quickly. They do have "Mommy to be" parking.

Nice friendly atmosphere plus the sales people and the Geek squad are real knowledgeable about the electronics and more...the buying process is made easier knowing that you're buying some exceptionally good items from this store.... good place to shop

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a TV a few weeks back and set up the install date for today (my only off day). I selected the 9am-12pm time slot, however at the time of writing this 1pm I've yet to have anyone show up. I called Geek Squad to see about a status update and the girl I spoke with sounded like she could care less about doing the job. All I received was "we can check the time slot status, but we have no way of contacting the installers." An hour later (12pm) I try giving another call to see if I can get someone else to help. Again with the same story, but somehow she "heard' they were running behind schedule. How she heard that when they say they have no way to get in touch with the installers is beyond me. Next time I'm biting the bullet and just wall mounting the TV myself. Not worth the aggravation.
