Hard not to give a positive review of the only Big Box electronics retailer within 30 miles of anywhere else. If you go in armed with knowledge of what you want the time involved with the experience be drastically reduced. Personally, I go in to the store only after spending a lot of time researching the product and understanding the differences between the manufacturers. Most of the time I know more than the associate which is of surprise considering the employees have to be knowledgeable about my product as well a million others. Overall it's a pleasant place to shop and I haven't run into any issues that would negatively impact my review. Four stars for being better than "average". For a 5 star review I would need a to be fed and given a massage while waiting in line.

Great sales staff not on commission so their vested interest is on helping purchasers may good buy decisions not in padding their paycheck. I visited BB 7 times before making my purchase. The sales staff was as patient and helpful the 7th time as the first time.

Customer service with the Geek Squad was excellent. I had made an appointment so there was no wait. Other people came in after me & were greeted but I had priority since they were walk ins. Advice was clear & knowledgable. I'll return to Best Buy for an upgraded laptop replacement when the time comes. I'm loving the new Sony SRS-XB30 wireless speaker that we purchased while there. Good price & great performance! Thanks for the outstanding service!

Logan in the Best Buy Mobil department was AMAZING. I went in with a broken phone and he helped explain all my options, got me hooked up with a new phone and had a couple laughs while doing so! He's patient and answered my questions and showed me how my phone works since it was a newer model! Great kid and great employee! Btw Logan,  Olive Garden had bread sticks that day!

Walked in and immediately found the Bluetooth  earpiece I needed as a replacement. Was happy to purchase the extended warranty since my last one took a nice bath in the washing machine. They will replace it within two years if anything happens to it.
