I come here a lot and I think that this location does a great job with customer service. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable with an outgoing attitude. Their prices are super competitive with Amazon and I will keep coming back.

Just had a washer and dryer delivered that we purchased a week ago. Jenifer, sales associate, was very helpful and more concerned about your needs than just selling the most expensive units. And the delivery/installation guys were very professional and courteous! Great experience!

I love electronics, but Best Buy ruined my Christmas. I wanted to build a computer for my brother, and went to Best Buy is purchase a graphics card. I purchased the RX570, it was the last one on the shelf. This was a $229 graphics card. I open the box to install the card and after plugging it in, it turns out it the card was a GTX card and not an RX570. The card looked very similar to the RX570, but it was a completely different extremely low value card, probably $20! I went back to Best Buy to return the item. First they told me I didn't buy it from their store, even though I had the receipt from that store and told them to look on the cameras. Then they told me they were not going to let me exchange because it isn't the same card as advertised on the box.... I said obviously, that's why I'm returning it. The manager was rude. She basically called me a liar, I think her name was Nicole. They had no idea that it wasn't the card as advertised on the box, and had to explain that it wasn't the same card. Just all around very poor customer service. I even went online and showed them reddit posts of this happening to people who bought the RX570s. Some geek squad member even came over saying how he's seen this happen before. The card must have been returned and they sold it as new, which is an extremely shady thing to do in the first place All in all Best Buy would not let me exchange the card and I lost $229. I saved up a while to get that card as a great Christmas gift. I will never be shopping at Best Buy again. I was literally scammed by a big box retailer. What a shame...

Everyone was really friendly. We were asked multiple times if we needed assistance or if we were finding everything okay. I really liked that. We will definitely be back.

Had a Geek Squad appt. and on time. Best part is he focused on my service need until complete. Additionally, we could communicate. Phone support for my non-Best Buy product was challenging to say the least.
