Came in a time or three looking at phone options and there was a specific individual whose name escapes me now who won best buy this five star rating. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever spoken to about cellular devices and the plans attached to them. He was an amazing help figuring out which plan my girlfriend and I were going to use for our phone plans and which devices to choose.

It has the furnishings of a typical Best Buy store. Be sure to do your homework before you go in to make sure the salespeople are correct in their advice. Most of all don't forget about price matching. I think they'll even match online retailers if I"m correct, which can mean big savings.

Let's see, where do I start. Went inside the store because I was in the market for a washer and dryer set. Today is my lucky day. Not only did I find a nice set, they were in stock and I got a better deal than advertised.  Made my purchase, and as I was walking out Tyler informed me the there was a problem with the model I wanted, but for the same price, I could get an identical upgrade on the washer for the same price. Sweet....right. well the next day my email shows the washer is a different color. Spoke to a manager and cancelled that order and purchased the right color.  Told Matt, (the manager) I will not accept delivery if the washer was not the correct one. He assured it will. Saturday morning my appointment was from 8am - 12pm. ...At 11:30 I got a call from geek squad that they had to cancel my delivery because of some excuse. I told geek squad to deliver the next day which is Sunday, now I'm using up my weekend off to accommodate these morons.  Sunday they delivered the washer and dryer. Bunch of Idiots at Best Buy...  1 Star ☆

The security guy at the front always has a smile on his face. The employees always want to help you find what you need.  They always let me know they have shopping carts for the young kids which is helpful. I just purchased my Dyson Vacuum here and it's absolutely Amazing. I would recomend this vacuum to everyone.  We have always purchased our Phone cases and IPads here. It's the best in town. Thanks

All the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have such a wide selection. The store is kept clean and easy to navigate.
