This is a very nice and clean store. The reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 it's because we entered the store at opening time and there were five or six employees standing around and not one of them asked whether they can help me. They do have very good prices. Their sales are particularly good.

The customer service here leaves quite a bit to be desired. It really makes me wonder why anyone would go into the store instead of just buying online. I was in this store last night to purchase a specific laptop (I knew the make and model and could have been in and out in 15 minutes - it could have been their easiest sale all day). However, I waited for at least 15 minutes to be even addressed by an employee. There seemed to be only one employee on the floor by computers and one behind the register (the week before Christmas). The gentleman working on the floor was working with a couple when I arrived, so I waited patiently near the laptop I wanted (probably less than 10 feet from where he was) while he finished with them. During that time, another couple had walked up to another laptop and he went to help them before addressing me, so I continued to wait. Once he finally asked me if I needed anything, I told him which laptop I wanted to purchase. He informed me that they were out in the store and every store in NC. He said they could order it to be delivered within 3 days. I said OK and he walked away. He came back and said something about it being ordered so much on their system he couldn't get in and order it (seemed odd, but OK). He offered me no other solutions. Not that he would call me when the system was working. Nothing. I walked out of the store and ordered it online in my car in less than 5 minutes. I can't understand why anyone wouldn't order online, even from a competitor (ahem, Amazon) if this is the level of in store service Best Buy provides. I was frustrated by the experience so went back in to try to talk to a manager (which I would prefer to do before posting a negative review), but I couldn't even get anyone's attention at customer service! The one star is for the security agent working at the door, who was the most pleasant and helpful employee I encountered. Also a shout out to the Best Buy staff at Triangle Town Center, who were great when I was in there over the weekend. I absolutely should have made the trip back up there.

When there is enough staff, they are extremely helpful and the customer service is great. Their training is well done and the staff have a good knowledge of the products. I had a very competent sales person who helped me to compare several products in various areas of the store to help me get the right items for my needs. No one tried to upsell me, either.

I just had a very poor experience with Best Buy management at this store. I am a long time customer and needed to get information about the mobile returns exception process. The mobile manger was dismissive and clearly didn't want to hear me out. He didn't stop to talk to me. He addressed me in passing. That's the wrong attitude for service. I'd recommend staying away from this store.

We bought a computer from This location. We were talked into a ''better computer'' that was on sale for about $100 more than I wanted to spend. I am firm believer more expensive product is better. Well so it happens that this better unit does not have a 5Ghz Wifi Card built into it and less than 10 months later it is bad. I understand it is an electronic and electronics can go out at any given point. But 10 months later and is a better model? Really? That was the first bad experience. The second was when my wife took the unit in to this same location. They look at it and say it is ready for pickup about 1 to 1.5 weeks later. My wife picks it up. It is still bad. My wife goes back to the best buy. She tries to get service from one of the managers. The manager and the employee were talking clearly about the situation. Manager comes back sorry just leave it with us and we will see if we can take care of this as a courtesy. We dont have too but we will try. At this point my wife is upset obviously because she uses this computer for her work, studies, etc. They said give them 24 hours. My wife calls back, they dont have an answer and do not know when it will be ready. I work in customer service and I deal with returns as well. If I have an issue with a product as a store we stand behind our product and try to go at bat with the manufacture that provides the product. Not once did they mention they will try to do anything. Pretty much Mr Campos you are out of luck. So IMO the management here have no clue what customer service is. I wouldnt suggest going here. You are better off to buy off of Amazon or online or from another store(not best buy). This isnt even including the other incident I am still dealing with from best buy on capital. I had bought and had new appliances installed into our home. Well behold another issue with product only immediate. What should have taken 1 week to get done, has taken 1.5 months to finally get done and our floors got ruined in the process. Spoke to management from the store, the 800 number and even corporate. They supposedly elevated the claim to corporate. I have not heard back and it has been about a month. Yes I still have my documention and emails that we have sent and still no answer. I was told to get estimates from floor repair companies email them pics and quotes. Its been 1 week and still not have heard anything and my wife has called twice and answer or anything. I can Even Submit Pictures of the damage if need be. This year alone, Best buy look at my account with you guys, I have bought more than several items from you and this is how best buy does business and I have had an account with best buy for about 6 years now.. I will make sure that once this is over I will take my business elsewhere. I hope that if customers read this and heed my warning. So far to my understanding these guys just dont care and take no responsibility and I guess they hope that the customer will just give up.
