I recently had some issues with Microsoft 10 not being able to update.  Also had some other issues.  Took it into the Raleigh location and spoke with Joe.  Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  He personally helped me with that and other questions that I had.  After talking to Joe for quite some time, I feel comfortable in asking for him on any future visits.  The entire staff was great.  I also purchased my computer about a year ago from the Cary location.  Brad Carpenter helped me with everything.  Absolutely great customer service!!!  Grateful for their attention to detail.

When you need it fixed right or have concerns of your privacy when dealing with geek squad.. this is where you go.
Can't say enough about these folks. Been trusting them with computer repairs for friends and family for over 15 years. Exceptionally skilled and honest. I trust my secure based needs on their ability to hire and retain skilled trustworthy techs. They get it done when they say it will be done or let you know well in advance..

Great store for anyone who needs a part or service right now including game system builders. They have friendly and attentive staff. They do not carry "maker" items like r pi or adafruit or 3D printers. Perhaps stores like this are missing out on a segment of business by not offering classes on how to use project items like this and stocking the supplies.

Great shop. I traded in a PC for credit towards a laptop and had another PC freshened up with these guys. Extremely fair pricing and work was done on time.

Guys were awesome came in for some cables, and the guy hooked me up with some surplus screws they had laying around for a project. Highly recommended!!
