Looking to get a new phone can be stressful with pricing or not knowing much about the new ones that are out. The employees here overall were fantastic, they helped me with pricing and helped me better understand the phone I was getting. They were super friendly and made me fell comfortable throughout my time there. If your looking to get a new phone or just looking definitely go here there the best.

I am a long term Best Buy customer. This store has the best service and team ever. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Brandon helped us find the perfect tv and the mobile phone team was extra helpful with our new phones! They all seem to want to go the extra mile and take their time to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Great job!!!! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very impressive!

I went in looking for something that would be fast and last me a long time. The sales associate who helped me (Sammy) was absolutely wonderful! He explained all of my options, gave me honest opinions, and helped me choose my new laptop. He was patient, friendly, and overall just a wonderful sales associate. This was by far one of the best retail experiences I've ever had.

We went in to buy a copy of Wonder Woman. When we approached the checkout line there was no cashier. So instead, we went to the customer service desk where we have paid before. One clerk was helping another customer. But three others were just taking to each other. We stood in line for a little over 5 minutes before we just decided to take our business elsewhere. This was our first experience at this particular Best Buy. We'll stick to our regular location from now on. This particular location has an impressive selection of appliances though. I would recommend this location for appliance shopping.
