Best Plumbing has been great to me. Everything I asked for was done during the restoration of my house. Their cost for materials and labor was in line with what I expected (less than other quotes). Their plumbers showed up on time every day. 
All of the supply and drainage lines were installed very well and looks great! Time will tell but I feel confident I wont have any issues. 
All of my calls and requests were promptly answered. They kept great communication and included me in all concerns or design changes they had.

Best Plumbing did a great job at my house. Very good communication and called to follow up after the job was completed. I’m pleased and definitely recommend Best Plumbing.

This company is dishonest, deceptive and arrogant.  They defrauded me out of almost $4500.00 and stole a vanity valued at about $800.00.    Their work was sub-standard and everything they did had to be demolished and we had to start over with a different contractor  Very disreputable company that no one should ever do business with, I certainly won't.

This company was assigned our water heater to be serviced as part of a Home Warranty company's service . The call charge was $85 but they charged my card $149. This was in  July 2016. I  have called several times to get the refund of $64 and of course, the owner has not looked at this charge so they cannot  issue a refund. Every time you call, the lady on the phone gets irritated and no apology for over charge. Have also been hung up on. 
They never did fix the water heater for which they quoted me $1900. I got it fixed for 1/3 the cost.

Bad service and arrogant staff.

I thought my almost new Kenmore washing maching was leaking water all over the floor. The Kenmore tech opened the machine to find nothing was wrong, but told me my drain pipes going into my septic tank were clogged. John, and his fellow plumber John, showed up promply at 9:00...on Saturday morning.
Found the problem in under 15 minutes. Turns out the former home owners had poured grease down the kitchen drain for 20 years!
They blew out all my drain lines, ran acid through them,  and I should never require this again.
Everything completed in under two (2) hours. I am one happy home owner. Thank you Best Plumbing!
