I called several plumbing companies in Chattanooga and none of them would service our area.  I called Rooter-Man office and their office personnel was very friendly and helpful.  They had a service man here within the hour and our problem fixed.   The serviceman was very nice and professional.  Thank you so much!!  The staff and residents here at Valley View Assisted Living appreciate your fast and friendly service.  If you need any plumbing help be sure and give these guys a call they're the best!

Great customer service!! When we called we first talked to Michelle she had asked a few questions to make sure we were going to get the right kind of service out to us. She than called back with the eta of the service tech(Michael). He did in fact arrive at her given eta and completed his work quickly, cleanly and professionally. Definitely would recommend them!!!

Extremely rude over the phone and wouldn't give me a price.  I was just trying to get a simple price for a septic tank to be pumped.  They said they couldn't do it and had to inspect it first.  I said there's nothing wrong with it, I just need it pumped. They then said they would need more info on the tank. I told them I had all the info for them, the size of the tank and it was burrowed, but I had an access port so it's easily accessible,  I just want it pumped for maintenance.   They still couldn't give me a price until a tech came out there with a pump truck.  I know from a past acquaintance that they do this to get onsite, then if they tell you a price, you'll most likely say yes and it causes them to charge lots more, you just will never know.  Save yourself time and money and just go with someone else.

Company got out right away and gave free quote. Was able to get me in a week early due to a cancellation. A little pricey but something that need repaired as soon as possible. And they was able  to help. So far so good. Have a little more yard work than expected to do, yet they explain due to weather filled in and smoothed out the best they could.

First of all, my family and I would like to personally thank Billy and Chris. The shower faucet in our home was leaking and needed to be replaced. They arrived in a short time and quickly got the job done. I was very pleased of how everything went. Very professional and friendly service. The price including labor was also very competitive compared to other places.  So Yes, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home! Thank you guys and Happy Holidays!
