Keefe Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Chattanooga, as far as I’m concerned.  They provide unwavering assistance under some of the most austere conditions and I have never been disappointed.  The employees are very courteous and professional at all times.  My personal testimony is that I experienced a very critical plumbing problem right in the midst of the Christmas holidays at the most inopportune time.  This is when workers were trying to leave work early and in some cases, travel out of town, to be with their loved ones.  Sewage water was backing up in my pipes and filling up my washer, which prevented my family from using the toilet, taking a shower or doing anything that used plumbing.  We made it through Christmas unscathed, but the very next day when I called Keefe, they worked me in and early that morning, plumbers were at my home, hard at work, and provided the much-needed relief for my family.  No other plumbing service in town would consider providing a service, even knowing how desperate I was, particularly without charging me a price completely outside of my ability to pay. Keefe is my hero company and I am eternally grateful for their immediate response and professional service!

Our kitchen plumbing backed up completely on Thanksgiving. Keefe had someone out to help first thing the next morning when we called. The plumber fixed everything very quickly and cleaned up after the work. We were very satisfied.

The Lady on the phone was very friendly and sent somebody over within 20 minutes. Jada and Tanner showed up, we’re very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Keefe Plumbing!

Frankly I don t know how they stay in business! I called to get an estimate on some work I needed done , spoke to Jay. We set a time for him to see the work to be done, he does not show up ( not a call or anything) so I call back 2 days later. The excuse well I had an inspector show up on another job , I will get back with you as soon as I m free. A week goes by I leave a message ,  no response. 3 days later I call back and tell the receptionist “ this is the last time I call for this . Her reply “ I am with the owner ( a lady) and we will get back to you . 4 days later Jay shows up to see the work to be done ( that was before Christmas) I still don t have a quote ! Not even a phone call ! Time to go somewhere else . If they did not want the job all they had to say was “ we don t do this”
