Smelled natural gas odor in the garage and thought it might be coming from the HVAC unit installed by Dean's two years ago. Nathan, the service technician came out within an hour of calling. Was very professional, checked the the HVAC unit and then the hot water heater. The gas leak was from a loose connection on the hot water heater.  Every pleased with the responsiveness and service received. Thanks!

Very impressed with the service from Dean's. They were quick to schedule a tech and Tim called as he was on his way. His work was fast and efficient and he was very kind. A small misunderstanding of estimate/repair was quickly and professionally taken care of. I would recommend an estimate first to make sure they will fit into your budget and repair needs.

Called Dean and he was on the spot within 30 minutes just like he said.  Professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsale , he simply took care of business quickly and efficiently.  Dean turned what could have been a bad start to the new year for my family into an affordable solution to an HVAC issue.  Highly recommended from the Carter's.
