Josh O. came out to my house. He was very courteous and helpful. He did not talk down to me and listened to what I thought the problem was. He allowed us to watch his process and found the problem quickly. He was honest about our plumbing issue and what he can do now vs. what we could expect later and the issues we will face, but it definitely made us aware of some issues so we can prepare for it in the future. He was up front about pricing and definitely was the least expensive by the estimates given to me by other companies. I would recommend this company and this technician in particular. He is friendly and polite.

Todd and Tony are miracle workers.  They were professional and, after a difficult hot water heater installation in a very small space, left the place looking even better than when they began.  They did it all!  They were amazing!  I recommend Pipe Wrench highly.  From the first call to completion, the company was wonderful.

Michael was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the services he was providing to someone who knows less than nothing about plumbing. He also went above and beyond to make sure he "fixed the problem" not just "completed the service". What a refreshing experience! Pipe Wrench is the THIRD company we have called for our plumbing issue. The two others never came  when they said they would come or showed up when I told them I was unavailable. We will absolutely be using him and Pipe Wrench again!

Todd Farner was awesome. He came very quickly and fixed our drainage problem right away. The price was less than we were expecting and the efficiency of fixing the problem was great. Very friendly service and also very informative about how to keep the problem from re-occurring. I will definitely use Pipe Wrench Plumbing again.

Todd Farmer was my technician and did great job. He was courteous, thorough, cleaned up after himself (real messy drain clog) and persevered until problem was solved. I was also impressed and thankful that Pipe Wrench Plumbing was able to come same morning I called. We agreed on pricing upfront and even tho  repair was more difficult than normal (took longer), I was not charged extra. Thank you Todd, and thank you Pipe Wrench. Even the person who took my call was super responsive.
