Had a great stay! All staff we came in contact was cheerful and very helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pillows were a little thick and firm for my liking but maybe some else might like them. We have a small dog which we paid $20/nt which is fair and one of the reasons I picked this property. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of food options.

We had 2 rooms & they were nice & clean. There wasn't much noise in the area & we got a good night's sleep. Also used the pool & it was clean, too. We went during the summer and they had a continental breakfast with the normal offering. The only thing was the parking spots were a little on the small size which made for a rather tight fit. Unexpectantly, there was a large festival in town with several live bands playing, numerous booths selling items, & fair type food. Nice surprise that we really enjoyed.

This was our 4th night in a Best Western as we made our way across the country . The Asheville location was in a slightly out of the way place, although close to freeways and the Main Street into the downtown area. The main office was nice, staff friendly, room pretty standard and very clean. We were able to get a first floor corner room which worked out perfect as we had a car full of my daughters personal things that we did not want to unload. We also were picking up a puppy and so access to the outside area was perfect. We felt very safe as well.

This is by far my favorite spot to stay when I visit Asheville. Sometimes the price is a little high so I will wait for a better deal. This location is right off the highway so it's very convenient. I hope to see more great deals in the future.

Good, clean room only 8 minutes from Downtown Asheville. It made for a perfect home base for our family to explore the city and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the pet friendly room. Decent area out back to service our dog. Would definitely come back.
