This hotel is a hidden gem. Other budget-friendly hotels in the area are sketchy at best, with the other Ramada being the perfect scene for a vacation-gone-wrong adventure flick. The staff here are professional, responsive and trust-worthy. The hotel is kept clean and offers the peace and quiet that a trip to Asheville should be about. We prefer the king suite, which is very spacious, accommodating for dinners in if you prefer. The large bathrooms with whirlpool tubs are a great way to relax and warm up after a chilly day of sight-seeing. This is not a luxury hotel, but if what you're looking for is a clean, quiet, affordable, spacious room in a hotel run by friendly and accommodating staff, this is the place to be. Note: ask for a room on the second floor, as there are no elevators and entrances are on the second floor.

Great price, great clean rooms, breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Fitness room was adequate. Breakfast better than most hotel breakfasts. Eggs, sausage, and gravy were options.

Bathroom flooded. Hair dryer did not work. Hallways and room smelled of cigarettes. Way to get their is very confusing. TV messed up.
