My family and I stayed for two nights and this hotel had everything we could ask for and more. The fitness center was spacious and EVERYTHING worked. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Our hotel was conveniently located next to Downtown Asheville as well as shops. If you need a friendly and warming stay that is close to Downtown Asheville look no further!

Nice hotel in a quiet little area. Currently being remodeled. Bed was new and very nice. My room had been updated and was great.

Service was prompt and informed. The key to the room was faulty but it worked every where else. I informed the attendant and I'm sure it was handled properly. (I was there for 1 night and no bother). The hotel was clean and in a ordiraly fashion. All in all recommended!!

Weak by Marriott standards in my opinion. After staying in many Marriott's across the country, I was unpleasantly disappointed by the overall experience in comparison to other states in other locations. It's not bad, just rushed.

The staff went over and above this weekend !! Christina and her staff were great. Even with construction going on and our TV not working at the beginning, they made us feel like we were truly special guests.
