This is by far one of the best Hampton Inns my boyfriend and I have stayed at. We have come here countless times and have always received top notch service. The hotel is beautiful and is placed in a peaceful area. We always end up staying here when we come to Asheville! Thank you for always being so friendly and ensuring we have a cozy and clean place to stay.

I was very pleased with our stay.  The rooms were very clean and no issues. The pool/hot tub were clean and the decor was great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Plenty of options from waffles to yogurt as well as eggs and bacon. If I'm back in the Asheville area, I would have no concerns about staying at this hotel again. It was able a 6-7 dollar Uber into downtown so less than 15 bucks and you don't have to worry about parking.

This hotel is really nice, the night manager was very nice. We called and booked a room last minute there just happened to a cancellation right before my call. We checked into our room. And as soon as I we walked in the “air freshener” scent over took us.... I waited about a half hour to see if I was overreacting then I called downstairs after I fully scoped the whole place for “plug-ins” I did not find any. The manager Came up and said that all the rooms smelled the same and some people were “just more sensitive “ than others.... I tried to overcome it and laid with Face in covers to block them smell at 3:00 A.M. I woke coughing and gasping for air and had to go to my vehicle ... where I tried to sleep til 9 a.m. I came back to the room to get dressed and get my things together it was still so bad! We talked with the cleaners who said they could smell but were of the  day before so they didn’t know what the cleaner did that day. Upon check out I was asked how my night was and I started to tell that I slept in my truck because of the smell..... I was cut off shortly and told that she had already talked to David and she continued to cut me off as I tried to explain to her I wasn’t making it up. I was so upset by the rudeness of this manager .... maybe people often try to take advantage of hotel managers but I wasn’t. She kept cutting me off saying “ii said I do t doubt you ma’am “ she ended up saying “you won’t get a receipt because you won’t be charged” it wasn’t nice I left not being  to stop the tears as I headed for my truck wondering why I had to be made to feel so bad when I was the one who had a headache, sore throat and breathing issues on top of sleeping in my truck all night. My husband stayed in the room all night and has a headache and feels bad also not how we wanted to experience the Biltmore Mansion 😢😢 Karyn you could have checked out the room yourself and simply been nicer about the whole thing. I am sorry to have to write such a review.... we stay at Hampton’s all the time and never had a issue like this. I don’t know if the room smell is an isolated case but I would check the room before booking if “all the rooms smell like this” you’ll be miserable 😖 😢

Just stayed 3 nights at Hampton Inn Ashville Tunnel Road. Rooms were nice, clean and complimentary breakfast was ample. But the best thing about this hotel is their staff. So pleasant and helpful. They called us by name each time they saw us. Snow worked the front desk and couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant!

Amazing, and genuine southern  hospitality; From all of the staff. They went above and beyond.  I highly recommend staying there. If I visit again I will stay there and no where else.
