Really sad... lobby was beautiful, the area cleaned, so clean there was not enough breakfast. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was not even a continental breakfast. I went down for breakfast at 9 (serving from 7-10 am) and there was literally nothing, only a couple of mini-muffins and cereal with NO milk. Also, it seems the person who was working the front desk was the same person working the kitchen and therefore, could not keep up to have breakfast items replenished. Bagels in plastic bags, found yogurts in a box behind the refrigeration unit. Thankfully I had a good night sleep, but I really would like to have had a really great breakfast to start my day. Hopefully it will be corrected!

Not a good hotel or suite at all. My wife and I stayed here on our trip to St. Augustine expecting a semi decent place what with the price and "suite" in the name. We were terribly disappointed. First off hot water was spotty at best with the shower. Second the maid service didn't bother to come by our room during the day and do anything. No new towels, no made up bed...nothing. When we called the front desk we were told "the housekeeping is gone for the day, but you can come down here and we will give you some towels" Seriously?? And don't let me even start about the breakfast...the "eggs" were stale and rubbery, the sausage was nasty after the first bite and the coffee was burnt tasting. Really really bad service and hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms are spacious and Clean. The staff is nice. Towels,wash clothes and linens seem to be washed properly. 
BUT.. No vending machines. No easy access to clean drinking water,which is a big deal in hot Florida. The complimentary lemon water is a jar over 50% lemon. Water in the exercise area tastes like it was refilled from a faucet. Exercise room has no privacy doors. Complimentary breakfast all junk food , no egg options.

We made a spur of the moment trip to Saint Augustine and didn't think we'd ever find a room for the night, we were lucky to find one here. The room was very nice with artwork highlighting the local scenery. I was also pleased to find a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks brand coffee.

They are currently under renovation. No hot breakfast. Was woke up at 7:45am by construction noises when I would have preferred to sleep in. 
Under normal circumstances I would rate them higher. They do have a nice location where you can walk to most attractions. The bed was decent. I would stay here again, but not until after then renovation is complete.
