The staff was very helpful. Our check-in lady looked for our Best Western rewards account to save us a little money. The accompanying gift shop was also run by a sweet gal, and we got a ten percent off coupon as staying guests. The restaurant was quaint...a Route 66 diner, and the food was great and fast. The manager came out and said hello and treated us special. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a mountain view! The only reason I don't give it five stars as no breakfast was included. It would have been helpful to even get free juice or coffee, or a discounted meal with that restaurant right there.

Rooms are large and look very nice. I would give this place 5 stars if they would fix the following items: make sure the door locks work properly (mine didn't), make sure housekeeping pays attention to small items (I had someone's hairs rolled up in a bath towel) and OPEN THE RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST! Mt. Carmel is pretty isolated, and I had NO breakfast options so I had to drive into Zion National Park on an empty stomach.

ZERO STARS! The person at the front desk was a such a horrible nasty woman, both on the phone and in person. I've never been treated so badly by any business before, especially not a motel. I've always liked Best Western motels but this was nothing like every other one I've ever stayed at. HORRIBLE OWNERS. I'm calling Best Western's corporate office and reporting this place....they have no right to carry their good name. I may never stay at a Best Western again after the terrible rudeness I experienced with this person who clearly is one of the owners. I was staying here for business, not for pleasure.

Great motel for visiting Zion Park. Quirky rustic furniture. Very 50's American restaurant with good music, good simple food, attentive staff.

We waited awhile to be seated. We waited awhile to have our order taken. Waited awhile for our food to arrive and it was cold. They made it right, but it was frustrating because they were not busy.
