I came here for a conference and was very satisfied with my stay. It appears that they have recently renovated, giving it a new appearance and the bed must have been new as it was very comfortable (slept very well). I was lucky enough to get a top corner unit facing the park that I found very enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even opened the door for me.

I recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff and amazing value. Extremely cheap but excellent location.

Has a bar and lounge that takes up about a third of the ground floor but is only open for about 4 hours a day and closes at 830. Very strange and not very convenient if you plan on getting some drinks or a evening meal inside the hotel .

We have been coming to Chicago off an on since 2014 to visit my college student. We have tried other hotels, but Best Western at Grant Park has been the best value. It is located right across from the park which makes a great morning walk/run. It is the best value and located perfectly for our needs. We will be coming for years to come even after our student graduates.

Great hotel especially for the price. We were able to check in early and check out late for no extra cost. They also offer free bag checking for after you checkout. The rooms are basic but clean and fine. The location is also great. 15 minute walk from millennium park and 5 minute walk from the red, orange, and green lines.

The location is great, the lobby and room were well maintained. We had helpful and friendly assistance from staff. The amenities seemed limited but we weren't overly interested in those sue to nature of trip. I recommend staying here, it was a great value and good experience.
