Rooms are nice and clean, but beds could be a little more comfortable. Pool, hot tub and surrounding areas could use a good clean. After seeing them we opted not to use them. Breakfast is very basic. Could use a little more variety such as more fresh fruit and bagel/bread options. Overall, a decent stay for a decent price.

I stayed at the Atrium location while staying in north San Antonio and was extremely happy with the whole experience. Rate was great based on location, quality customer service, great work out room, and a full breakfast included. I was greeted by a professional staff throughout my stay and continuously asked if all was ok. The manager was always there and actively engaged in everything insuring that the operation was always at its highest level and exceeding customer expectations. Everything worked as it should, the place was very clean and as one would expect. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a great experience at a great price. I've paid much more for rooms elsewhere for much less quality. I give this one a thumbs up all the way and 5 stars all the way.

Great family hotel! The salt water pool was wonderful. The staff was warm and thoughtful. And the breakfast was phenomenal!! We will be returning here on our next trip! Thank you Best Western Staff for such a memorable stay!

The hotel looked nice, was clean, and everything worked fine. But, it is an older hotel remodeled and the walls aren't well insulated so you can hear the people talking (and coughing) in the adjacent rooms. The bathroom sink area is not inside the bathroom (where you can close the door), so my wife couldn't get up early to use the hair dryer without waking me up. The breakfast was just average for a motel. The waffles were tough and not too tasty. The eggs and sausage were good. Overall a pretty average experience. The price was good.

Very nice stay at this Best Western. Fantastic Staff! Well kept hotel. Room was just the right size. Just a little noisy from outside noise from being so close to the 35 freeway but mostly just during rush hours. Definitely recommend staying here.
