Me and my fiance moved in about 4-5 months ago and the ladies in the office were sweet at first. They told me if I needed a couple days for rent, they would help me. That is not the case. They want rent on the first no later, after 5 days they add 25$ then after ten its another 25$, then after that an extra 50$! I don't get paid on the first I get paid every two weeks. This month I now have to use my first check for rent plus late fees and my second check for next month rent so that I don't have to deal with the late fees. 400$ a month for my house to sit on some trash dirt and weeds. They say they will mow the lawn for us but they do it maybe once a month and half assed. They are just money hungry and rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! this has made my experience as a first time homeowner hell. Now I know better and will research where the home is located before I buy. My neighbors are cool tho...

This is a nice place, girls in the office are sweet and helpful, i was reading the reviews and there is a reason for guidelines and late fees. when you see the contract and sign it you agree to the terms and conditions , keep your lot clean do not let your pets run loose or your kids as a matter of fact, which for what i have seen just coming home there is a LOT of neglect on this kids. on late fees, maybe you would not be paying late fees, if you pay rent on time.

I love it here! I read some of the other reviews and am puzzled by some of them, really. My experience here so far has been great. The office staff takes care of my needs and questions. Maintenance has been great as well. Nice, pretty quiet and beautiful out here.

Ashley was very nice and polite. I appreciate all the patience she had with me. She was very kind i'm very blessed to have met her. She was very professional.

Lavida is a sales agent and was so helpful and nice. I like this area and she was very knowledgeable about all the different finance availability.
