Nice location on just off interstate, close to fast food shops and fuel. Quite, little traffic noise. Hotel appears to have recently been updated with fresh paint job inside. Room was clean and spacious with couch and desk with good office chair. Bed was kingsize and comfortable. Breakfast was typical self serve but adequate. Coffee was good and hot. Overall a nice stay.

Reserved a King room. Spacious room with comfy bed. Clean with plenty of towels. Cold A/C. Breakfast better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. La Quinta as a company is a little skimpy with the toiletries but I don’t hold it against this particular location. They saved the day with a complimentary toothbrush when I realized I forgot mine! Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. My favorite place to stay when I’m in Schertz!

We had to get two rooms on 10/2/17 due to our AC going out at home. My husband got the suite for us since we had two of our children with us and he had to work the next day. The other room was for our older two. As soon as we walked into the suite it smelled like pure dog urine. The carpet was FILTHY with stains all over it and there was some dog food in the sink. It was late and we were hot and exhausted so I asked the lady at the front desk for something to at least spray in the room hoping to make it better. We tried that and it just smelled like covered up dog urine. The bed was comfortable and it was the coldest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and that made us happy after not having any AC at home for two days prior. When we checked out the next day, I told another front desk attendant about the putrid smell when you walk in and she just said, “oh ok.” Not sure anything was done about it or not. I am not sure cleaning the carpet in that room would work as I think it needs to be replaced. The other room we had was totally fine and clean. It had no smell whatsoever. Last but not least, the breakfast was less than desirable.

Hotel seemed very nice and new. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, and ac worked great. My only complaint would be that parking is inadequate on the weekend. Cars were double parked and made things difficult. Also thought it was also odd that the room was so nice but there was no toilet paper roll holder. Overall this was a good stay, and I would do it again.

Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeway. Stayed in a double queen unit. Beds were okay and rooms were clean. There was a microwavw and fridge in room. Continental breakfast with make your own waffles. Obviously under renovation as hallway carpet was being installed as we arrived. The reason I only gave 5 stars carpet pieces from newly installed carpet still had not been vacuumed up 2 Days later. No towel racks in bathroom for our towels. No toilet paper holder for toilet paper.
