I just returned from staying there and had a great experience. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and empathetic toward my horrible experience with the flight into Texas. My only issue was the company on the same floor that woke me up like clockwork at 6am every day

A little pricey, and sheets could have a been a little cleaner. Other then that, great friendly staff. Nice clean pool. Loved there breakfast. Great location. I'll be back

No internet for the 2nd time i stayed here . i should have never came back..all it is the owner is to cheap to buy a good router ..i will never come back here to stay..and it cost more than the price shown online. And that I stoped

We check in and head to our room. The entire hotel is hot. As we are entering the elevator me and my wife notice a strong fresh paint odor. Then we get to the floor our room is on to find out they are painting our floor and we're never notified. We enter the room and it's like 80 degrees in our room and is making a hellacious noise when shutting off. We go ahead and move the blinds away from the AC and turn it down in hopes that it'll help. Not only is it hot in the room but really humid. So humid the sheets to our bed our damp. We leave the room for several hours to visit friends in the area and come back and nothing has changed. I go down stairs to talk with the manager about it and he tries to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. After a while he eventually gives us a new room on a different floor. This rooms AC works great. But the bathroom sink is clogged the hair dryer doesn't work and the fridge keeps freezing our drinks. At this point we are just done. We won't be staying with this hotel again.

Wonderfully nice staff. The front desk receptionist came, personally, to help me with room faucet when no custodians were available a particular night. Also, the management offered to wash my clothes for free in their industrial machines when neither the washers nor dryers for guests were functioning properly. Another receptionist explained that the hot tub listing has been updated (that there no longer is a hot tub) on their site. Thus, perhaps, the travel site I used hasn't updated accordingly. 'Small mildew stains on the caulking around tub /below soap dish.
