I told my Aunt to stay here cause I live 5 minutes away and we have a big family event this weekend. I helped her in her room last night and was shocked. No one had mopped the floor and was so filthy it might have been a few times in between guest stays. Then the shower was just as bad and a large crusty spot on the bed runner. She called the front desk and asked if someone could help with the shower and the floor so she could shower. They said they would send someone right down. A hour later called back and a guy named Steven told her it was just a construction stain in the shower and no one was coming. We went and looked and there was a line of glue on the shower wall but the rest of the shower and floor was just plain dirt. We called back and asked them to please come look, it’s really bad. The night “house keeper” came with a spray bottle and a hand towel TO CLEAN A SHOWER AND FLOOR. She was sweet and tried in the shower but said she didn’t have anything else to clean with and couldn’t get it clean. The young guy in charge last night came and agreed it was really bad in the room but couldn’t help us and could just report it in the morning. I’m just shocked that a hotel doesn’t give their night staff a proper housekeeping cart with scrub brushes and mops it was something that should have been no problem to fix... so weird. I feel terrible now cause I have 4 more family members flying up and staying there.

Pleasant surroundings (despite non-stop traffic on Chelmsford St.), and the hotel was attractive and welcoming. And the best complementary breakfast I've ever encountered. Not to be missed!

Location isn't bad, located on a busy street in an area close to a lot of amenities. The main problem can be very heavy traffic at times. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, and provided necessary and common extras. The service was good, although did not have much in the way of, mainly front desk interactions. One complaint however would be the downstairs, public if you will, bathroom. Could use some work. Hardly any toilet paper and dark and eery looking. A nice cleaning and maybe some decoration and new lighting could help a lot. Experience was positive altogether, and I would recommend.

Clean and quiet with a very professional and courteous staff. A real pleasure.

Satisfied with the service provided but can use improvement. They give you coffee but no water to make it. keep water in the room.
