Hotel was great!  The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions.  Even though we didn’t stay long (we had a very early flight out of Boston the next day), we really enjoyed our stay.  Everything is clean and new and very accommodating.  There is still a little construction going on, but it didn’t get in the way of a nice stay.

The customer service was fine. Breakfast was disappointing, in my mind a hot breakfast typically includes some kind of meat and theirs did not. The room was clean, and newly refurbished which was nice. However, the first night I think I found finger nail clippings in two of my pillows which was gross. The elevator makes a lot of disturbing noises so prepare yourself for that. It was very warm in the lobby. The location was fine.

The front entrance was absolutely beautiful it was all open and clean and warm and inviting. The rooms were kept nice the Linens were clean they provided several sets of towels as well as anything that we needed. We brought our dogs with us and that was okay with them. Their room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Overall our experience was pleasant and made our trip awesome.

Newly renovated and super nice inside! 
Definitely deserves more than 3 stars ! The rooms are new, carpets in the hallway are new... it's very very nice for the price. Def. Would stay again and recommend! 
P.s. breakfast is great too!

Was in process of renovation, our room looked to be updated and was really nice. Very comfortable bed. I do not recommend the Italian restaurant next door.
