Easy checking in and out, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice shower, fair rates. I called to book our room and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Very rude customer service. From entering the hotel we were greeted very unwelcoming. Was not greeted as an ihg Platinum member or the fact it was my birthday. Me and the wife live in Indiana and went out here for my birthday and decided to book and reserve the room here. Thankfully we only stayed here one night. The hotel was very nice inside and out. Room was very clean the hotel itself was clean and very nice to look at. The bathroom in my room needed some light maintenance done. But the two lady's at the front desk at night were more concerned about there personal conversation then paying any attention to the customer. Then we wanted some food so we go down to the restaurant to find out it was closed but the pub was open. Me and the wife are not big on the drinking scene so we decided to go back to the room and just get room service. We get back and look at the room service menu notice the "room service menu" we pick out out the food and call an order it. Before we get off the phone we're told we have to come pick it up. Because they didn't offer room service but yet there room service ordering papers and menus saying that they do and there service charge and delivery fee applied to the total bill but yet we were told no. So we go down to get our food 30 min later it still wasn't ready so we order two drinks an stay at the bar for about 10 min before our food was finally ready. Got charged two different times for one meal the bartender corrected this but still was an inconvenience. This stay really ruined the reputation of holiday inn for me and my wife. Very disappointed.

Stayed her twice before while on vacation! We love this place! Very clean beds are comfortable! This last time the hot tub was closed and we were all sad about that but the stay was good!

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.  More on that in a sec, well cover the good first.
The hotel room was beautiful, modern, and very clean.  The housekeeping staff was awesome.  
The rest of the staff was absolutely horrible.  They never had coffee out in the morning and when I checked out they would not print me a receipt.  I tried asking someone at the front desk for 10 minutes and all he kept telling me is that is not  our policy to leave them under the door or print them for those people who ask.
Regardless of the whatever price, this hotel isn't worth it.  Travel is hard enough without everyone seeming going out of thier way to make it more difficult and stressful.  My first, and hopefully my only, 1 star review.
