Simple, quiet, affordable. My only complaint is the elevator situation. There is only one elevator for 5 floors, each with 28 rooms. The elevator holds 5 people at most. Because there is no other elevator, it is used primarily by housekeeping from 7 am-1pm every day. This means that 2 people at most can fit. There is a back-up of elevator traffic every day because breakfast runs at the same time as housekeeping. One would think that they would assign one cart to each floor, because their housekeeping carts leave little room for their own carts moving between floors plus guests. For anyone carrying luggage, it can be a 5-10 minute wait.

Clerk was on the phone with a 'potential' customer when we entered to check in @ 10:30 pm. After 5 minutes of listening to her answer every little detail about the hotel, what discounts were available and how near we were to retail shops in the surrounding area, she finally asked the person if she could put them on hold to check us in. Then she took the potential customer"s # to call them back. Typical mid-range hotel. My takeaway ? Find a Hampton instead.

This definitely seems to be one of the nicer hotels on the area but that isn't saying much... decent location by the highway. Rooms are a nice size but wish that there was a tub option and not just a walk in shower. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. Would stay here again when in town for work compared to other local hotels.

Out of 8 trips so far this year, the hotel has provided the best experience. The bed is very comfortable. The staff friendly and accommodating. They offer free WiFi but if you stream videos, etc., I recommend shelling out $4.95/day for a higher speed. Most other hotels in this price range don't offer that option and streaming at those is more problematic. The free breakfast is standard fare for this type of facility. The one issue I have is that although close to an interstate, it's not close to much of anything else. Your restaurant choices are limited unless you want to drive several miles and the one gas station near by charges several cents more than other stations farther down the road.

Location is very good. Stayed during holiday weekend so it's completely booked. Given that, it's a little loud, but they handled most request okay. However, one of the 3 bathroom drain doesn't work so well. It turns out to be fine but got me worried.
