Maria at the front desk has impeccable customer service. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND each time i have stayed at the Residence inn Tewksbury to accommodate me. She is the only employee who's name i remembered because she sticks out with her friendly, welcoming personality and her hospitality. She also remembered me too each time I stay by name :-) She is a huge asset for the Residence inn and the Marriott brand as a whole!

Few complaints. Nice rooms, adequate beds, ample parking. Gym was a little small and needed a fan. Tasty breakfasts. Would stay again.

Nice older generation one suburban generation one Mariott Residence Inn separate buildings some connect with small breakfast area which can be very tight and busy if Hotel is close to full. Small but nice workout area and pool and jacuzzi. Nice it has grills. Excellent for family travel. No real walking area that is away from traffic for exercise. Nice room layout especially one bedroom

This was our second time here. Both times were great. Clean modern rooms . Pleasant and attentive staff.

A nice place to stay. It's close to the highway and within walking distance of the Cracker Barrel and Circle-K. I had no issues and would definitely stay here again.
